Seto Jets

Terms and conditions

The fine print, in plain words.

Last updated September 2026. By requesting a flight or confirming a booking with Seto Jets, you agree to the terms below. Anything unclear, ask your broker before you commit.

01Who we are

Seto Jets acts as an air charter broker. We arrange flights but do not own or operate aircraft. Every flight is operated by a properly licensed third party carrier, whose identity is disclosed before you confirm. Nothing on this website is an offer of carriage by Seto Jets itself.

02Quotes and availability

All aircraft, dates and routings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Quotes are tailored to your itinerary and are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise. No payment is taken on this website. Payment terms, invoicing and receipts are handled directly with your broker.

03Aircraft representation

Photographs, cabin descriptions, specifications and range figures on this website are illustrative and represent the aircraft type, not a guaranteed individual airframe. The operator may substitute an equivalent or superior aircraft of the same class where operationally necessary. Your broker confirms the exact aircraft type, and where available the registration, before you travel. If a substitution is ever required after confirmation, you will be told promptly and may accept the alternative or cancel without penalty from us.

04Confirmation and payment

A booking is confirmed only when your broker confirms it in writing by email or WhatsApp. Verbal discussions and website requests alone do not constitute confirmation. Full payment, or an agreed deposit, is due within the timeframe stated on your quote. The aircraft is not secured until payment terms are met.

05Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set by the operating carrier and passed through to you without markup. They vary by aircraft and notice period and are stated on your quote before you confirm. We strongly recommend confirming the cancellation schedule in writing for every trip.

06Passengers and conduct

You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and health requirements for every passenger, including infants and pets declared at booking. The captain has absolute authority over the safety of the flight and may refuse carriage, divert or offload where safety or law requires. Dangerous goods, unlawful items and smoking on board are prohibited.

07Liability

Carrier liability for death, injury, delay, baggage and cargo is governed by the applicable international conventions and the carrier's own conditions of carriage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seto Jets' liability as broker is limited to the brokerage fee paid for the affected booking.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through good faith discussion, and failing resolution, through the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
